G&A Consultants is owned and managed by George Bradley, a fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessor on existing domestic properties delivering Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for residential properties.
George has been a member of the
RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) since 1987 with over 48 years experience in the construction industry and the Built Environment.
Every private residential property needs a valid EPC when it is sold or rented.
Privately rented properties currently require an EPC with a minimum energy rating of Band 'E' and the government plans for the new and existing rental housing stock to obtain a minimum rating of Band 'C' in 2030.
